Privacy Policy
EFTA Energy respects the privacy of every visitor and client. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
What data we collect
When you submit our contact, calculator or newsletter forms, we collect the information you provide (e.g. name, company, email, phone, sector, project details). We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) via standard server logs and Google Tag Manager.
How we use it
We use your data only to respond to your enquiry, provide the services you request, and — for newsletter subscribers — send relevant industry briefings. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Where it is stored
Lead and subscriber data is stored in Brevo (operated by Sendinblue SAS, France), our marketing and CRM provider. Analytics events are processed by Google. Hosting is provided by Vercel.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing bilgi@eftaenerji.com. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe via the link in any email.
Cookies
We use functional cookies and (with consent) analytics cookies via Google Tag Manager. No tracking cookies are dropped before consent where consent is legally required.
